By accessing or using GroomRoute ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. GroomRoute is a software tool providing scheduling, route planning, and client management features for independent mobile pet groomers.
GroomRoute is strictly a software provider and does not provide pet grooming services. Independent groomers are solely responsible for their accounts, safety, driving decisions, client interactions, and the physical grooming services they perform.
Clients submitting booking requests or pet videos through a groomer's booking link authorize GroomRoute to transmit that information to the selected groomer. Groomers reserve the right to accept or decline any appointment request at their sole discretion.
GroomRoute Pro is billed at $29 USD per month in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, or authorized app stores.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting alex@groomrouteapp.com. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active through the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
Refund Policy: In accordance with Paddle consumer protection policies, if you are not satisfied with GroomRoute Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting alex@groomrouteapp.com.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Route calculations and travel times are estimates only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GroomRoute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, traffic delays, pet behavior, or disputes between groomers and clients.
